Our Warrior Diesel
Nicole Reppert
Diesel, 6 years old when he crossed the rainbow bridge
Diesel was an inspiration on 3 paws, exuding resilience and a zest for life. He was a travel companion, snuggle buddy, garden guardian, quarantine coteacher, and therapist for all life’s challenges. We started to notice a slight limp which was out of character and consulted with our vet. We are so fortunate they heard our concerns and explored the potential cause. After biopsies and X-rays, he would be diagnosed with Osteosarcoma of the ulna at 4 years old. The life expectancy was 4 months. With an amazing team of veterinarians, he began the journey of a tripawd life and clinical trial, defeating the odds and giving the world 2 more years of slobbery joy!
Until the day he crossed the rainbow bridge, he lived a life on three legs that most can only hope to live on 4!
