Nico and his very own TV
Carolyn Balavich
I adopted Nico at 4 months old. He was a beautiful West Highland White Terrier. He was such a sweet boy who went to daycare in NYC where I worked. He loved TV and had some favorite shows. Once I retired, we moved to CT and he made a lot of friends. Just before he turned 8 years old, he started to limp and was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. He bravely underwent surgery and chemotherapy, but I lost him when he was 8 years and 4 months old. That was in 2010. He brought so much joy to my life. I feel blessed to have had him even for a short time.
