Mocha

Mocha is my 13 year old cockapoo. She has unique colors and in the first picture I saw of her she was black and brown. Hence her name. She quickly turned black and grey and seems to have a little schnauzer in her, but I don’t know for sure. Mocha was diagnosed in April 2025 with liver cancer that was found accidently while she was scanned for something unrelated. I saw an oncologist that said life expectancy from diagnosis is usually about a year. We discussed surgery, but because of the potential of it being more evasive, something they would not know until they opened her up, I opted not to put her through that. I di not want her to spend her remaining time with me recovering. She still acts like a pup. Still loves to run on the beach. And mostly loves to chase her little cat sister, Stardust.
