Bella loved spending mornings on the porch- it didn’t matter how cold it was. We enjoyed our morning coffee under a blanket with her by our side. At almost 11, after having been blessed with her for 10 years and 7 months; she passed away from a battle with hemangiosarcoma; that we didn’t even know she had. The “silent killer” had won. Having had allergy issues her whole life, glaucoma for 5 years; having lost one eye and becoming blind in the other; she handled each and every stride with grace and poise. A run in the park on a long leash without her sight, her head out of the window in the car, protecting her house and family; the true soul of an angel. Our lives were so much more full with having been blessed that we were lucky to be her family. She is forever loved and forever missed. Live like Bella- with grace and love and light.
